Queen Aubri was the late queen of an unnamed kingdom, the late wife of King William and the late mother of Swan Princess Odette and late sister in law of her husband's brother whom her daughter never got to know as she passed away by giving birth to her only daughter and only heir to the throne. She is also Prince Derek's mother-in-law and adoptive grandmother to Princess Alise. It is revealed that she was Queen Uberta's best friend. But when she was near to give birth, she got ill and she and Uberta who knew she was pregnant thought that it would be a boy so that her son Derek could have a male best friend.
